Follow the steps to below to setup your Zebra printer for 2" wide x 4" long direct-thermal sticky labels:

1. Ensure the tablet and printer are powered on
   Note: The Status light on the Zebra printer should be solid green. The Network light can be red.
   

2. Check what tablet you have:
   • If using a MicroTouch tablet on Android 13, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and select the Printer Setup app. Then skip to step 9.
   • If using an Elo tablet on Android 10, swipe down from the top of the screen to pull down the Android menu. Move to step 3.

3. Swipe down a second time to reveal more menu options

4. Select the Settings icon on the bottom right

5. Select Apps & Notifications

6. Select SEE ALL 18 APPS

7. Select Printer Setup

8. Select Launch app to open the Printer Setup app

9. On the Printer Setup app, tap Discover Printers
   Note: if your tablet has already found the Zebra printer (D2Jxxxxxxxxx), then you can skip to step 11

10. Wait a few moments for the printer to be found

11. When the printer is found, select Media Settings
    Note: the Width should be 2.1 inches and the length should be around 4.15 inches

12. Select Media Settings again to edit the media settings

13. Set the Width to 2.1 inches

14. Set the Length to 4.15 inches

15. Ensure the Orientation is set to Normal

16. Tap the yellow Next button

17. Ensure the Media Type is set to Auto Detect

18. Ensure Type Of Transfer is set to Direct Thermal

19. Ensure Media Handling is set to Tear Off

20. Tap the yellow Next button

21. Tap the yellow Apply button
    Note: you do not need to Save settings to file

22. Use Print Test Label to confirm the media settings have applied correctly
